Photograph of road, Southern California, 1927. "Subject: Finished street at Pico B[ou]l[e]v[ar]d Tract Client: G.D. Robertson Year: 1927 Job: 10-20-62" -- on envelope. Additional information: The "Finished street" appears to be a part of the Pico Boulevard Center development, which took place around 1927. G. D. Robertson was indeed a developer of Pico Boulevard Center, though not the only one involved. The Pico Boulevard Center was composed of tracts between Pico and Venice, and included Ellsmere, Curson, and Sierra Bonita streets.
