Description
Sculpture/monument in Plaza Park (now Cesar Chavez Park) at the turn of the century. Plaque says "Dedicated to a friend of labor by his coworkers Nov. 28, 1889." Stevens was a popular shop superintendant for the Central Pacific Railroad.
