Photograph caption dated January 16, 1962 reads, "Mrs. Jack Stoneburner, Northwest Valley Council PTA Teachers' Aid Project chairman; Mrs. Donald Franklin, TAP chairman of Superior Street PTA, and Mrs. Henry Georgius, council president, prepare a display of visual aids for Founders' Day meeting at Garden Grove Avenue School, Reseda, at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Articles are made by parents to help children and free teachers to prepare lessons. Dr. Louise Seyler, deputy superintendent of City Schools System, will be main speaker at meeting."
