Photograph caption dated December 24, 1954 reads, "Magnolia Boulevard in 1919 - Above photograph shows Magnolia boulevard and Southern Pacific Railroad crossing in Burbank. Spot is object of hearings before State Public utilities Commission starting tomorrow. Picture was taken in 1919 and will be submitted as exhibit by railroad representatives in hearing on allocation of costs for crossing."
