Photograph of an entirely new channel cut by flood waters east of Compton looking north from Bosbyshell place, 1914. What appears to be a tree stump stands to the left on a bank in the foreground, while a wide canal of water snakes to the right and then left around a bend of land. A shape that appears to be the roof of a home can be seen farther in to the left.
