Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption dated November 17, 1959 reads, "Rare Plant Blooms -- In the parkway of a street in North Hollywood, two unattended Century Plants recently gave birth to two 35-foot stalks with the rare Century Plant blooms atop each. Base of the plants, about 25 inches across and roughly three feet tall, went unnoticed by the staff of the Gregg-Lewis Dodge Garage for several years. Over night the two 35-foot stalks shot up and gave forth beautiful flowers."
