Description: Cover letter from the Branch Public Affairs Officer forwarding a letter for him sent some time before for "pick up." The Branch POA explains he had unsuccessfully tried to make contact with the sender; so since their office was closing and he had "in the meantime located you by seeing the magnificent work you have done on some of the IMS films," he is taking the liberty of returning it and congratulating him on his work. [It would appear the writer has confused Wes Herschensohn with his brother BH].
