Description
BH' copy of the reply to the USIA's circular requesting assistance with his Agency film Eulogy to 5:02. The weather in Singapore at 5:02 GMT, May 18 , was reported by a local employee Mr. Tong Kum Toh, who kept vigil for it, as being, "80 deg. F. Fair moonlight with thick hazy clouds covering almost the whole sky. Air was stagnant and leaves on trees were motionless." The post's report continues, "We transmit his words in the hope that Mr. Herschensohn's sense of poesy, will be further inspired thereby."
