Recently started are an eight-story medical and dental building at 16260 Ventura Blvd. and an eight-story office building at 16262 Ventura Blvd., both in Encino. Among plans for tall structures are two 13-story office buildings in Sherman Oaks and the construction of a 19-story building along the north side of Ventura Blvd. between Orion Ave. and the San Diego Freeway."
