Hog heaven (aka Pig paradise), Vernon, 1957-1998. Clougherty Packing Plant (Farmer John brand), exterior, Soto Street between Vernon Avenue and Bandini Boulevard), Vernon. Grimes painted frolicking pigs on the factory walls for 11 years before falling to his death from a scaffold in 1968.
