Description
The Rhythm Drivers are one of the few local bands who keep alive the sounds of artists like Little Walter, Slim Harpo and Sonny Boy Williamson. Co-founded and led by vocalist Brad Wilson, the Rhythm Drivers celebrates classic blues. While a small number of the songs they perform are by Wilson’s brother, Kim Wilson’s Fabulous Thunderbirds and others, ninety percent are blues. Brad Wilson played with another local band, the Ridge Band, from 1992-2002; he also fronts another band, the Blues Drivers.
