Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated October 20, 1962 reads "Torah dedication, representing education and knowledge, the fundamental concepts in the Jewish faith, is observed by the spiritual leader and members of Congregation Beth Kodesh, Canoga park. The Torah, which contains the Five Books of Moses written in the original Hebrew language, will be paraded through the streets Oct. 28.
