This picture taken from the southwest corner of Tarzana Dr. and Lindley Ave., looking east along Tarzana Dr., shows children forced to detour around parked car and truck into the middle of the street. Illegal shrubbery on both sides of the street obstruct walk pathways. The City Council will hold a hearing today in the downtown council chambers."
