Photograph caption date stamped August 28, 1957 reads, "Bobby Heigold, San Fernando High's school grid star last fall, will be in the starting lineup tonight at end for the Los Angeles city high school All-Stars when they meet San Diego County All-Stars in the Breitbard Athletic Foundation charity game. Heigold is among eight Valley League stars on Coach Howie Taft's squad that takes part in the Atez Bowl classic in the border city."
