View 1 (2017-0104). At the time of the liberation of Manila by American troops, smoke was still pouring out of the Bureau of Posts, burned by the Japanese. The Santa Cruz bridge, in the foreground, had been blown-up. SD-64191 -- view 2 (2017-0105). "Photograph by Signal Corps U.S. Army" -- stamped on verso -- view 3 (2017-0106). Restored building.
