Photograph caption dated April 22, 1965 reads, "The Walter Grants of North Hollywood proudly display their first twins, born prematurely March 15 at Valley Doctor's Hospital and allowed to go home last Saturday. Deborah Dawn, on mama's lap, and Daniel Thomas, who will join two sisters and two brothers, were also the first twins born under hospital's part-pay maternity clinic plan of full nine-month plus delivery care."
