Description
Covers the area from the Town of Owensmouth (now Canoga Park) through the Town of Marian (now Reseda) to Van Nuys, with the Santa Monica Mountains to the south. Ventura Freeway now follows the Southern Pacific right of way. "Not a part of this Subdivision" is today's Sepulveda Basin. Properties with circled numbers had been sold. Term, Rules and Regulations for building.. "Y. J. Rowan, Surveyor, Nov. 1910." "Form T-3-1M. 2-23-12." Relief: hachures. Projection: Plane. Printing Process: Lithography.
