Voice of America. 13:01 - new recording, interview with Fred and unidentifed man (British), various foriegn and national policies - Communist China, capital punishment. 21:11 - new recording, Raul Campos, campaign manager, introducing Henry Lopez with Saul Winegarden (running for Assembly). 24:38 - kid and adults. This tape is part of Fred Farr's papers. It is unmarked and has no label. May be related to Nixon and Brown votes.
