Description: Photograph snipe dated December 19, 1975 reads, "Police Commissioner Stephen Reinhardt (civilian clothes) affixes a meritorious unit award to the standard of the Metropolitan Division Special Weapons and Tactics team. Standard bearer in officer Albert Preciado of the team. The award was given for the team's action during the SLA [Symbionese Liberation Army] shoot-out."
