Cameo of Fay Thomas, at that time the widow of Theodore Thomas, the first conductor of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, on paper stock. Monochromatic. Inscribed on the photograph: "To Mrs. Cecil Frankel, In sincere thanks of my wonderful 70th birthday fete, and my delightful sojourn in her lovely home, from her grateful & affectionate Rose Fay Thomas, Los Angeles, September 5th, 1922".
