The picture on this page and the one succeeding should cause you to pause and consider whether or not you had better delay your investment in Mulholland. Shows beginning of development work on town of Van Nuys. Street has been laid out, horse-drawn wagons, automobile, construction materials and workers. Railroad tracks cross street -- view 2 (ca0621). Here is what happened in Van Nuys in eleven months. "Van Nuys Townsite Dec. 16th, 11, photo by Graham" -- lower left corner. Shows street scene, streetcar in center, horse-drawn wagons and automobiles in street, buildings hung with bunting in background. Photographer and camera in foreground. Walter M. Lenz and Robert J.
