Phat Tran reveals his history through interview, exploring his memories which are seldom spoken. This interview concentrates on his childhood in Vietnam, his experience with the Orderly Departure Program, early life as a first generation Vietnamese American, opening his own business, and his overall impression of his life. He is a narrator of UC Irvine’s Vietnamese American Oral History Project whose purpose is to archive these
