Mott number 474 refers to William Mooser & Son, architects. 1992-2999 (474-74) interior door outside court room -- 1992-3000 (474-75) tile seat, main lobby -- 1992-3001 (474-82) exterior window grill and two plaques -- 1992-3002 (474-85) interior tile plaque, ortega -- 1992-3003 (474-87) and 1992-3004 (474-88) ironwork on clock tower balcony -- 1992-3005 (474-89) ironwork, gates on second floor -- 1992-3006 (474-91) interior lobby iron gates -- 1992-3007 (474-49) interior entry corridor, east wing.
