Original print has a red tint overlay on car and unidentified man in the foreground.
Photograph caption dated June 15, 1983 partially reads, "A Japanese three-wheeled car with a price tag as low as $3,000, called the Zoe Zipper, is expected to be in California dealerships by the end of next month... The Zipper has a top speed of 45 miles per hour, and weighs less than 400 pounds. It is powered by a Honda-made 50-cc, five-horsepower engine and should get about 110 miles per gallon on regular gasoline. The Zoe Zipper is made by Mitsuoka Motors of Japan, which is a large distributor of Honda products in that country..."
