People from many walks of life, from children to the aged, rich and poor, came to the Pierce Brothers Mortuary to view the body of the Thelma Todd which was on view from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Dec. 19, 1935. Thelma's body was placed in an open gold casket lined with orchid satin, her hair arranged in big blond curls the way she liked it.
