A wagon covered in wild mustard stands on a street in the center while people wearing kimonos and holding Japanese style umbrellas sit inside. The backside of a darkly colored horse is visible at left while lightly colored horses with tall headdresses can be seen at right. Trees can be seen in the left background while houses are visible at right. Photoprint reads "This tally-ho is decorated in wild mustard (a yellow spray about, the color of powdered mustard) the spokes are trimmed in smilax and the large flowers are wild sunflowers. A japanese beauty".
