Description
Photograph is a portrait of Claire Mix reclining on the floor, propped up on her elbow with a pair of sunglasses in her right hand. One earpiece of the sunglasses is in between her teeth and the American Flag is draped over her right shoulder and left leg.
Claire Mix is a musician and was the secretary for the Arts Council of San Jose. See Ted Sahl, From Closet to Community, (2002), p.86, 188.
