Photograph caption dated February 27, 1956 reads, "Carl King Jr., 18, left, and Roberta Cecil, 17, members of new Burbank Youth Council, lend hand to Dewey Kruckeberg, Burbank superintendent of parks and recreation, in constructing log cabin youth huts at McCambridge Park. Similar hut will be built for youth groups at Verdugo Park. Volunteers are providing all labor."
