An enormous carriage, lavishly decorated with ribbons and flowers is stopped at the center of the frame, attended to either side by people in ceremonial dress, some hefting huge trays of flower petals. Several ranks of soldiers stand to the left of the carriage, further in the foreground. A mounted solider waits behind them, in front of which, in the extreme foreground, the heads and shoulders of spectators can be seen. A similar crowd of spectators is pictured in the background, behind which the buildings of a town can be seen. Picture file card reads "Miss Modina Wood--the Queen".
