Participating in award ceremonies are, left to right, Scout Master Bill Geant of Troop 36; Robert N. McWilliams, 13; Mrs. McWilliams; McWilliams, and Hal Yeaton of San Fernando Council. Two represent one of few father-son eagle scout teams in nation."
