Copy of birth certificate for Masaru Kitano born February 10, 1908 in Moneta, California. Father is Kikutaro Kitano and mother is Mino Kawakita (maiden name). Father's occupation listed as farmer and mother as housewife. The document was filed December 10, 1923 by the county recorder.
