Description
Photograph of the great La Grange Dam in Stanislaus County, 1900-1940. Two tall rocky mountains are visible on either side of a dam, which is situated at center. Water is visible spilling over the side of the dam at center into a rushing river. More water is visible cascading down at the left and right, the right of which is obscured by the side of a hill. Wooden tracks are visible on top of a hill in the foreground at left, while round trees and bushes are visible on the terrain throughout.
