Te Maat, 10771 Richland Ave., West Los Angeles, boys' vice principal, make the third annual First Mate and Crew award, based on citizenship, scholarship and leadership. Accepting symbolic Navy caps are crew Jon Huss, 14741 Wyandotte St., and Allan Rosenthal, 6935 Gloria Ave., both Van Nuys. Mark Onesty, 8352 Lullaby Lane, Panorama City, was named First Mate."
