An officer can be seen standing to the left of center wearing slacks, a button-up jacket with a high neck, and a round cap or helmet. His left hand is outstretched to indicate for the automobile visible to the right of them to halt. The automobile can be seen from the front, while a license plate reading "X57 448" can be seen above the windshield, and a license plate reading "264-184" can be seen below the car's grill. Two women can be seen standing to the left of the officer. Both have short hair and wear knee-length dresses with "Mary Jane" shoes. Storefronts can be seen lining the sidewalk at left, while a multiple-story building is visible in the background. A sign at left reads, "[...d]ing Co.".
