A 1956 15-minute talk given by Samuel B. Morris, consulting engineer of Los Angeles, before the North Coast Council California State Chamber of Commerce which discusses the water usage of the Feather River Project among other projects, specifically water that originates from the Colorado River. He then elaborates on the role of areas of origin and deficiency in these projects, and recounts the history of California water rights in the first half of the 20th century.
