Description: "This view of the interior court shows a portion of the Fullertown Fly-Inn Apartments [i.e. Fullerton Apartments], an $850,000, 60 unit project with its own recreation center and taxiing strip for private planes. Ceremonies yesterday formally opened the development at 24th Street and Glenn Ellen Circle to the east of the municipal airport. The developer was Growth, Inc., of Oakland and the resident manager is H. G. Frost"
