Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated May 15, 1963 reads "Mrs. Francis Paul, widow of Dr. Francis W. Paul who was killed in a plane crash Feb. 14 with his 22-year-old son, Douglas, holds a memorial plaque which will hang in Valley Doctors Hospital in North Hollywood. Dr. Paul practiced medicine in Burbank for 15 years. He and his son were flying back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas, where they had seen Douglas' fiancee open as a singer at a Las Vegas hotel. Mrs. Paul is active with spastic and handicapped children in the Valley. With Mrs. Paul is Lewis Gillete, administrator of Valley Doctors Hospital."
