Handwritten notes on the painting "The White Clown" by Walt Kuhn, including information on Teddy Bergman (Reed's birth name) as the model for the painting. Author is unknown, but is possibly Brenda Kuhn. This document is a copy, the original is part of the Walt Kuhn Family Papers Collection in the Smithsonian Archives of American Art.
