Description
Photograph of close-up view of man adjusting plumbing in a small wooden closet, ca.1925. At center, a young man is shown looking off to the right with his left hand resting on a large lever. The man is shown wearing formal attire. He wears a buttoned vest, a suit jacket, slacks, and a tie. His hair has been neatly combed and brushed behind his face. The man stands in a very narrow wooden closet. The door of the closet remains ajar to the left of the man. A latch can be seen on the side of the door, and two pieces of paper have been attached on the inside of the door. Inside the closet, a series of metal rods, rubber pipes, and glass tubes can be seen. The man appears to be adjusting one of the levers with his hand. On the outside of the closet to the right, an open metal lock is seen hanging on a loop.
