Description: Santa Monica Public Library Image Archives. A997 Digital object 3942 img0064 City of Santa Monica Landmarks Collection. Spanish Colonial Revival style building designed by architects Marsh, Smith & Powell. Built 1927. Norman F. Marsh also planned the arcaded streets and canals of Venice, California. Included in the National Register of Historic Places, California Register of Historic Places and designated as a Santa Monica landmark.
