Photograph caption dated February 7, 1957 reads, "Left to right, TV and movie star Liberace, honorary mayor of Sherman Oaks, looks over the architect's sketch of Security-First National Bank's new Sherman Oaks quarters, now under construction at the northeast corner of Ventura boulevard and Columbus avenue. Sharing enthusiasm for the project, which will enhance the adjoining commercial building area on Ventura boulevard is Branch manager Richard G. A. Norlander, who is president of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce."
