Description
Photograph of an aerial view of Hollywood, showing a movie studio, 1919. The studio is at center, and consists of three large sound stages and several smaller buildings. Except for the house to the right of the studio, the remainder of the studio's lot is empty fields. The surrounding blocks are full of mostly residential buildings and are lined with utility poles. Across the street from the movie studios are several large buildings, possibly warehouses.
