A broad landscape view of rolling hills with a coastline in the distance, possibly taken in Hawaii. Part of the glass negative has broken off in the upper left corner. One of forty-eight glass plate negatives originally housed together with a note by Latta reading "Frank Robinson Merced Area Misc. Unidentified." More than half of the images feature the World's Columbian Exposition, held in Chicago in 1893, or the California Midwinter International Exposition, held in San Francisco in 1894, hence the suggested date.
