Photograph caption dated November 15, 1947 reads, "District Attorney William E. Simpson, at left, and Assistant Chief of Police Joseph Reed, deliver the "get out of town" ultimatum to four eastern characters picked up on suspicion of robbery by Wilshire police. Left to right, the "refugees" are Nick Satulla, Harry Brook, Sidney Dine and Sam Bontempo. All but Brook left today for points east, escorted to the county line by two detectives."
