Description
On back: "Andrew P. Hill Memorial Fountain. Rededicated July 14, 1946 same bronze tablet, stood near the present photograph studio, and was dedicated May 20, 1924. It had to be removed when Park roads & buildings were rearranged by the Civilian Conservation Corps."
