Facing the Library:
"The Ocean Park Branch Library was built as a gift of the Carnegie Foundation in 1918 on land donated by the Tegner Family.
One of the few Carnegie Libraries remaining in Southern California, the Branch was designated a Santa Monica Landmark in 1977.
