Description
This Coast Guard patrol dog was to be one of the many attractions in the mammoth parade in downtown Los Angeles today, which highlights the current War Chest drive. The pet, sitting pretty in the car, rides through the streets with Gilbert Rambo of the Coast Guard and Phyllis Buchanan, SPAR. Photo dated: October 16. 1943.
