Photograph caption dated October 31, 1941 reads, "I played a little more spirited than some others," said End Ed Sprinkle of the Chicago Bears regarding the victory of the L.A. Rams yesterday in the Coliseum. Here he is, top at left, showing some of his "spirit" on Fullback Dick Hoerner of the Rams with the co-operation of No. 5, George McAfee, and No. 32, Johnny Lujack, Chicago teammates. The game drew a record crowd of 86,000 fans."
