Photograph caption dated January 18, 1961 reads "A school to train women in practical office techniques for jobs with Valley employers has been opened by Toni Taylor at 140 E. Olive Ave., Burbank. Miss Taylor, who also operates Equitable Employment Agency at the same location, says Valley employers said in a survey they felt high school graduates lack practical office procedures.
