Built in 1937-1940, Federal Courthouse and U.S. Post Office Building was designed by architects Gilbert Stanley Underwood and Louis A. Simon and cost over $8 million to build. The Federal Courthouse and United States Post Office building, located at 312 N. Spring Street.
